Landscaping for Love.

Instructor: Cheryl Satterfield

How to Serve in the Dirt:  The first half of the session will be used to learn the basics of landscape planning, site analysis, and plant selection.  During the second half, we will actually design a small landscape plan for the Youth Director parsonage and a few other areas around the church.  THEN, as a class or during a church work day, we will implement our plans!  Even if your back is not equipped for digging, come anyway.  Designers and supervisors are needed, and you'll learn design skills that can be used for your own home.

Prayer

Guest Instructor: Rev. Judy Turner of Christview Ministries in Eureka Springs

We'll learn of and experience some ways of praying with scripture. The last class will focus on the asking and receiving dimensions of prayer, particularly with regard to healing of spirits, minds, emotions, relationships, and bodies.
